10am-2 gluten free pancakes with 1/4c fruit topping (see recipe below) 2 eggs over easy with roma tomatoes, onions, mushrooms.
Fruit topping: 1 tbsp coconut oil, 1/4c frozen raspberries, 1 pear diced and sliced. Let simmer until fruit is tender. Goes good with anything! You can use any fruit you like.
11am-12:45-Push mowed the lawn...it was a beast!
1pm-1 scoop Greens Super Food with 20oz water 1/2 of a Cashew Lara Bar
2pm-Cell Detox by Maximized Living: Went hiking at Rotary Park
330pm-1 smoothie:bunch of kale, vanilla whey protein, frozen blueberries, tumeric powder, cinnamon, 1/2c coconut milk, water to thin
530pm-4oz lean grassfed beef, 2c mixed veggies
830pm-1c greek yogurt, 1 tbsp mixed chopped nuts, 1 tbsp raspberry/pear topping that I made earlier today and refrigerated.
