1115am-2 Paleo Krunch Pumpkin Spice Bars, 2 tbsp almond butter
230pm-Juiced: 2 zucchini, 2 cucumbers, 2 lemons, 2 green bell peppers. 1 scoop protein powder, 1 scoop Greens Super Food with 6 oz choc coconut milk and 10 oz water. I am trying out a new protein so I will prob do liquid diet today and tomorrow. In case youre wondering my nutrition is all out of whack today.
3pm-Bike 3 miles to get Addie from school
5pm-Juiced: 2 green bell pepper, 2 zucchini, 2 cucumbers, 1 lemon. 1 paleo krunch pumpkin bar.
8pm-1 scoop whey protein with 10 oz water. 1cup coconut brambleberry crisp ice cream (homemade)
10pm-Body Detox
