Day 21 - Dale
5am- coconut milk w/ choc protein, omegas, Max Fit
530- WOD
630- Max Recovery
7-juiced granny smith apple, ginger, lemon w/ little raw honey
8- 2 eggs w/ curry, black pep, sea salt
830- rode bike to the radio show, roughly 12 mi round trip
1130- turtle soup with extra onions, peppers(jalapeno and red) and added egg plant. Kombucha. Left over salad from yesterday.
130- Vit. D/Probio, Vit. C, Daily Detox, Vit. B
4- green tea w/ raw honey
830- chicken with another salad.
Sorry I am pretty lame when it comes to food! :( Eat to live not live to eat I guess. :)
