430pm-6oz chicken, 1 green pepper, 1 red pepper, 1 onion, 1/.2 avacado, 1 tbsp homemade salsa
730pm-4 pieces sashimi salmon, 1/2 avacado, 1 sushi roll with eel, tuna, crab, and cucumber.
9pm- 1 cup homemade coconut ice cream
