Day 4-5 Dale:
So the weekend I traveled to KY to visit friends and my girl friend. Because I didnt have internet, which was kinda nice, I'm just going to list what I ingested.

Sat: 1 scoop Pefect Protien with almond milk(unsweetened), Vit. C, Omegas, forgot Max Fit back in c'ville, Race 5k: 19:59 and was first overall finisher(stomach was a little uneasy 1st mile or so, think it was the late salad night before with 2 jalopenos and a banana pep.), after race: Max Recovery w/ water, hr later - 3 eggs over easy, roughly 20 green tomatoes, cup of homemade baked beens, 3 gluten free blueberry pancakes w/ raw honey. Lunch - shake(choc. protein, coconut milk, almond butter), spaghetti squash with black olives, onions, basil, marinara sauce. Blue corn nachos' with salsa, baked beans, small amount of cheese on it. Another almond milk and protein shake before bed. 5000 IU Vit. D/probiotics. I think thats everything.


Sunday: 3 eggs over easy, 1 pancake (not sure what made from :( ) real maple syrup, Omegas, Vit. C,
between meals - Vit. D
lunch: Shake(same as yesterday), ate veggies out of girl friends garden(yellow & red tomatoes, jalapeno, green beans, chives, raspberries, dandelion greens, all raw), Blue corn chips w/ salsa as snack
dinner: Indian food: Curry chicken, basmati rice, onions, mushrooms, peppers, some sort of unleavened bread with spicy dip. Choc. Coconut milk ice cream for desert
