Day 27 - Dale
7am- strawberry, coconut milk, raw goats milk kefir, cinnamon, greens powder, omegas, max fit
10- vit. D/probio, vit C, Tbsp full of coconut oil, cell detox
12- juiced 1 whole beet leaves and all, green bell pep, granny smith apple, bundle of parsley
1- hill repeats for about 30min
145- max recovery
2- usual salad, with deer steak, 4 white radishes(at least I think thats what they were)
5- green tea
7- body detox
9- sauteed bok choy and deer steak, also had a little store bought apple cider. I think my next homemade drink I need to figure out is cider!
