3:30 - eggs scrambled w/ cayenne, sea salt, black pep, curry, coconut oil, couple sips of kombucha
4:30 - green tea
6 - vit C, Daily Detox,Vit. D/PB(Probiotics)
8- green beans & asparagus(garlic, sea salt, black pep), grass fed roast beef, kombucha
