Day 24- Dale
7- coconut milk w/ vanilla Perfect protein w/ greens powder, omegas
10- Vit. D/probio, Vit. C, Daily detox
green tea in the morning as well
After a 3 mile tempo/hill repeat run I had another coconut milk w/ 1/2 scoop vanilla Perfect protein w/ greens powder. Added a raw egg with it as well.
Lunch and Dinner was the same.
- salmon patty w/ sauteed bok choy, w/ cumin, sea salt, paprika, cayenne, garlic, sesame seeds.
- Dinner also had homemade goat cheese and pickled beets
