730- fell asleep in my recliner reading about natural cancer therapies. lol, the book is called "Out Smarting Your Cancer" its actually really good! Book wasnt boring me. Just had a great workout and I love early morning naps after being up for a little while.
845- 3 eggs over easy w/ curry, sea salt, cayenne, black pep. Gluten free blue berry pancakes with frozen berries melted down in a pan on the stove as the topping. Also had fried plantains.
1030- vit. D/probio, ginger supplements, raw garlic clove
1-Cell Detox
230- usual salad mix but with alfalfa sprouts and bok choy w/ half chicken breast
4-green tea w. raw honey
6- Body Detox
830- sauteed bok choy w/ garlic, sea salt, paprika, sesame seeds, onion powder. This was really good! Also had chili!
