Day 4-Nicole

645am-Awake
7am-1scoop whey fermented with 1tbsp raw probiotic
8am-3 eggs over easy with 2 cups sauteed spinach, 1/2 onion, 1/2c mushrooms. Juiced 2 cucumbers, 1 lemon, 4 celery stalks. Going to the Franklin Farmers Market and Whole Foods today to replenish my veggies for the week.
930am-CF WOD
11am-1 scoop whey protein with 20 oz water and 1 scoop of Super Green Foods
1230-2 Coconut Almonds Balls
2pm-1 slice of Vegan Gluten Free pizza, 16oz juiced:Kale, Cucumber, Green Pepper, Lemon
5pm-1cup greek yogurt with 6 raspberries. 1 tbsp almond butter.
630pm-4oz chicken coated in eggs and almond meal and baked (chicken tenders) with 2 cups of todays veggies from the Franklin Tn Farmers Market. They have it every Sat from 8-1pm. Veggies are Organic; Pesticide/Chemical Free...and you get to talk directly with the people who grow your food. Also, I get my meat from Peaceful Pastures. GrassFed, antibiotic/hormone free, family owned and operated and they take great pride in their meat!
830pm-2 Almond Chip Cookies. 20 oz water with 1 tbsp pure lemon.
930pm-Probiotic. In bed at 945pm.

  1. Where do you get your probiotic from and what brand is it? I have a hard time finding things "raw".
