Monday-
Juiced: 2 carrots, 1 granny smith apple, 3 celery stalks, 1 beet
1 egg over easy with turmeric\
Max fit, omegas
green tea
lunch- dear steak, homemade hummus and lettuce, red radishes, 3 squares of dark choc.
hummus: (sun dried tomatoes, basil, chick peas, lemon juice, olive oil, sea salt, black pepper)

Drugs dont help diabetes patients hearts!  Also the video should help further understanding of how chiropractic/taking care of your spine is an essential to a healthy lifestyle.
