830am-3 Rds: 500m Row, 25 Dbl Unders, 30 sec alternating footwork on Jump Rope
930am-Paleo Krunch bar
1230pm-3 eggs over easy, sauteed 3 cups spinach with 1/2tbsp coconut oil, 20 oz Ginger and Ginseng tea shaken with ice and a sprinkle of Stevia. Even when I use Stevia I will never use a full packet. 1 pkt will usually last me 3-20oz teas.
230pm-20 almonds, 3 Paleo Stix. Juiced: 1 green pepper, 2 cucumber, 1 lemon, 1 head romaine lettuce, 2 zucchini. 20 oz Ginger and Ginseng tea.
430pm-1 scoop whey protein with 6 oz coconut milk and 10 oz water. 20 oz Ginger and Ginseng tea.
730pm-1 Paleo Stick, 3 oz chicken, 2 cups steamed broccoli
930pm-Body Detox
945pm-Bed
