815am-2 gluten free pancakes,1tbsp real grassfed butter, 2 eggs overeasy with pumpkin. 1 cup plain greek yogurt with 3 strawberries put in food processor to blend like a jelly and 1 tbsp chia seed.

1pm-Juiced: 2 zucchini, 3 stalk celery, 1 carrot, 1 head romaine lettuce, 1 green pepper. 2 eggs over easy. 1/2 sweet potato with cinnamon
4pm: Slice of homemade pumpkin pie
7pm: 2 slices mushroom pizza from a local pizzeria
930pm: Body Detox with 20 oz water
945pm: Bed
