I am def feeling the effects today.During today's WOD I felt weak. Not sluggish or tired just weak.
230pm-40oz ginger and ginseng tea. 2 oz chicken, 20 asparagus spears. 1 greek yogurt with 1 tbsp chia seed.
430pm-2 Paleo Stick, 3 stalks of celery with 2 tbsp almond butter
8pm- 2 bowls of Chicken Noodle-less Soup (see recipes), 20 oz Ginseng, Detox, Ginger tea
