Day 5-NIcole

7am-Awake
715am-1 scoop whey protein with 1 tbsp raw probiotic fermented overnight with 16oz water
720am-BM
845am-3 eggs over easy sprinkled w/kelp seasoning, 1/2 sweet potato sprinkled with Cayenne Pepper. Juiced 1 bunch kale, 1 cucumber, 1 lemon, 1 green bell pepper, 2 yellow squash.
1030am-Aunt Flo came to visit...Ladies...you know what Im talking about. I will keep you posted as to when she leaves.
1050am-2 scoops whey protein with 10 oz water, 6 oz coconut milk, and 1 tbsp Green Super Foods.
1pm-1 scoop Super Green Foods w/10oz water
2pm-20oz Juice: Kale, Lemon, Green Pepper, Cucumber 
530pm-4oz Chicken w/ a large mixed greens salad
740pm-8oz Kombucha
9pm-Probiotic
945pm-Bed
