Day 16-Nicole

430am-Hit snooze once...which I never do. But I felt like it today and it felt good. lol.
445-1 scoop whey protein with 1 tbsp probiotic fermented overnight
458-BM
730am-1c homemade granola with raisins, 1/2c coconut milk. Juiced: 1 green pepper, 2 zucchini, 1 cucumber, 1 lemon, 1 head romaine lettuce.
Pumpkin Muffins! Topped some with Enjoy Life choc chips and the other half with chopped nuts and sprinkled a litte coconut crystals and cinnamon over the top!

130pm-2 scoop Greens Super Foods with 16oz Almond Milk
230pm-1/2 slice of Vegan Pizza
430pm-3oz chicken, 1/2 sweet potato, 1/2c chocolate coconut ice cream
830pm-1 scoop Greens Super Food with 10oz water, 2 eggs, 2c steamed broccoli
945pm-Bed
