Day 15-Nicole

Its important to track what you are eating....esp when you first start a clean eating lifestyle. That way you can reflect on and review each week what your body responded to and what it did not. You get to see what sort of fuel your body operates best on, what time of day you hit slumps, etc. Once you get the hang of it though your health, your performance, the mirror, your clothes,  and your bowel movements should become your journal. You are God's most precious creation....The World's greatest Power Plant is the Human Body! Get to know what works for you!
