230-5oz coconut water, 1 chocolate lara bar, 12 almonds
5pm-3 grassfed beef meatballs (1lb grassfed beef, 1/4c unsweetened shredded coconut, 1 egg, 1 tsp italian herbs), 1c sprouted noodles: these are digested as a veggie, 1c strained tomatoes, onions, mushroom sauce that I made.
545pm-1/4c vanilla bean coconut ice cream on a gluten free sugar cone
620pm-2 tbsp Greens Super Food with 10oz water, 10oz coconut milk
830pm-3 more meatballs!
